As a highly experienced Principal Architect, you will oversee large-scale projects, coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, and liaise with clients and stakeholders. You will define project scope, establish design criteria, and provide expert technical guidance throughout delivery. The work combines architectural leadership, client relationships, and business development.
Key Responsibilities: Direct architectural design teams across company projects
Define service scopes and establish project design criteria
Review technical documentation, plans, and specifications
Ensure schedules, estimates, procedures,



and quality standards
Provide technical guidance and support team development
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
15+ years’ architectural design experience
Registered Architect license in the relevant jurisdiction
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
Advanced project management and leadership skills
