This senior Superintendent role oversees one large scale highrise residential project through completion. You will guide field teams while managing safety, scheduling, budgets, quality control, and client satisfaction. The work requires strong construction knowledge, communication, leadership, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee staff delivering a complex highrise residential project
Maintain schedules, milestones, and solutions for delays
Lead Project Quality Program development and PEP conformance
Promote Ledcor safety programs and subcontractor compliance




Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Requirements: 10+ years of full cycle highrise residential experience
Experience leading teams on complex construction projects
Knowledge of OH&S; and environmental standards
Robust technical knowledge of construction practices and documents
Valid driver’s license and related trade certification or education
