This Events Specialist supports event management across planning, execution, evaluation, and reporting. You will coordinate logistics, vendors, registrations, speakers, and technical setup for industry events, educational programs, meetings, and conferences. The position requires strong organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities: Plan live and virtual events, including venues, schedules, and logistics
Coordinate booths, registrations, and materials for industry events
Manage agendas, speakers, and technical setups for meetings
Research vendors, maintain contracts, and liaise with partners
Compile evaluations, costs,



demographics, feedback, and event summaries
Requirements: Degree or diploma in events, communications, marketing, or related field
Two to three years’ event coordination or administrative support experience
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Microsoft Office proficiency and occasional travel availability
