Lead warehouse operations for D&H; from the Toronto (Mississauga), Ontario distribution center, applying leadership, communication, and logistics expertise daily.
As Senior Operations Manager, you will motivate teams to meet operational and financial objectives. The work includes warehousing, distribution, inventory control, safety management, and process oversight. You will also support Configuration Centre operations and customer-facing tours.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain warehousing and distribution policies and procedures
Enforce shipping, material handling, and regulatory requirements
Reconcile physical inventory counts with WMS records
Schedule, coach, counsel, and appraise warehouse employees
Drive site productivity, quality, and cost performance
Requirements: Five to ten years in a leadership capacity
Experience with safety management and process development
Knowledge of inventory control and reporting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge of WMS, LMS, and LEAN processes
