As a Senior Engineer II, you will provide technical leadership across large, ambiguous initiatives spanning multiple systems and teams. You will shape software architecture, support AI-assisted development, and improve reliability across services. The work includes backend testing, cross-functional collaboration, and consumer-facing applications or internal tools.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver complex software solutions across multiple systems or teams
Own projects from design through rollout
Guide architecture, code reviews, and engineering practices
Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and incident response




Communicate technical concepts to engineers, product managers, and leadership
Requirements: Seven or more years delivering complex software systems
Strong backend experience with Python, Flask, or FastAPI
Experience writing comprehensive backend tests using Pytest
Ability to break complex projects into clear milestones
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
