This Vice President Finance role oversees financial planning and analysis, annual budgeting, and multi-year financial planning. You will develop financial models, KPIs, and dashboards while supporting informed decisions, resource allocation, and organizational priorities. The position also leads financial operations, audit coordination, systems improvement, and finance team development.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial reports, forecasts, and analyses
Lead annual budgeting and multi-year planning
Develop financial models, KPIs, and dashboards
Coordinate annual external audits and affiliated reporting
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team
Requirements: Designated Chartered Qualified Accountant
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience
Experience overseeing financial close and reporting processes
Capability improving financial systems and processes
Ability to collaborate across organizational departments
