Lead water treatment process engineering at Veolia across Canada and the US, guiding technical teams and complex project delivery.
As Process Engineering Manager, you will lead approximately 8 to 12 Process Engineers supporting sales, execution, commissioning, and operation. Your team delivers non biological water and wastewater treatment solutions for Industrial and Municipal markets. You will guide phys chem, membrane, and demineralization process work while managing quality, customer satisfaction, financial targets, workload, and technical development.
Key Responsibilities: Manage team performance, accountability, workload, and resource utilization
Support successful sales, project execution, testing, and customer satisfaction




Develop process engineering expertise and technical market leadership
Resolve customer and internal escalations through problem solving
Improve proposal and project delivery ways of working
Requirements: At least five years of process engineering experience preferred
Expertise in non biological water treatment technologies
Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering field
Fluency in written and verbal English
Periodic travel within Canada and the US
Bring water treatment expertise, technical leadership, and effective decision making to Veolia’s process engineering team.
