As Product Director, you will serve as the technical expert for Access Industrial’s mining equipment product line. You will support customers and internal teams while collaborating with sales, marketing, procurement, and product development. The position also involves gathering market feedback and identifying product improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Act as technical expert for mining equipment products
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
Support sales with demonstrations and product recommendations
Train employees and customers on equipment operation




Gather feedback and identify product improvements
Requirements: Minimum three years’ mining equipment or related technical experience
Strong knowledge of equipment technologies and maintenance practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bilingual French and English, spoken and written
