The role directs subcontractor activities, monitors installations, and verifies compliance with drawings, specifications, standards, safety requirements, and international codes. It also supports testing, commissioning, documentation, and handover.
Key Responsibilities: Direct daily project activities with subcontractors
Monitor telecom, security, and SCADA installation activities
Verify construction quality against designs and specifications




Maintain HSE compliance and promote onsite safety
Prepare status reports and support project handover
Requirements: Five to seven years of relevant experience
Transit or railway experience ideally preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background
Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and training skills
English proficiency and explicit criminal background check
