Reporting to the Senior Director, Procurement, this experienced skilled leads procurement and contract managers supporting solar and storage projects. The work combines supplier strategy, negotiations, market analysis, and cross-functional project management. It supports equipment and services procurement across Boralex’s renewable portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Lead procurement and contract management teams
Develop solar and BESS supplier relationships
Monitor markets, technologies, pricing, tariffs, and supply risks
Organize RFI and RFP processes
Coordinate evaluations, negotiations, disputes, and claims
Requirements: More than 10 years in renewable energy procurement
Solar photovoltaic or BESS equipment expertise
Negotiation experience for contracts exceeding CAD 100 million
Leadership experience across matrix organizations
Excellent project management and Microsoft suite skills
