As a Senior Civil Designer, Land Development, you will deliver solutions for projects across Alberta. The work includes Civil 3D modeling, engineering drawings, municipal standards, and technical documentation. You will collaborate with engineers and interdisciplinary teams while supporting construction coordination and environmentally responsible planning.
Key Responsibilities: Develop engineering and construction drawings for land development projects
Create plans, profiles, and detailed 3D Civil 3D models
Integrate municipal and regulatory standards into design solutions
Prepare technical documents, reports, spreadsheets,



and presentation tables
Quality check drawings and support construction through site reviews
Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent field
Eight to ten years of Alberta land development design experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel
Familiarity with municipal processes and construction environments
Valid driver’s licence and reliably insured vehicle access
