As Senior Manager, Impact Reporting, you will lead work informing stakeholders through transparent, accurate people and planet communications. The team supports responsible practices aligned with social and environmental impact best practices. Your focus includes sustainability ambition, disclosure expectations, reporting execution, and decision-helpful information.
Key Responsibilities: Define and deliver Aritzia’s sustainability ambition
Assess emerging Impact requirements, priorities, risks, and opportunities
Meet regulatory and stakeholder disclosure expectations
Drive internal and external Impact information delivery




Manage Impact Reporting execution proactively and reactively
Requirements: Sustainability Reporting experience in retail, fashion, or supply chain
Translate North American ESG regulations and voluntary standards
Build end-to-end reporting processes from collection through review
Manage data governance and analytics with complex data sets
Collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
Bring sustainability reporting, ESG disclosure, data governance, and impact measurement expertise to Aritzia’s growing Impact Reporting team.
