Key Responsibilities: Manage Information Technology projects through complete project lifecycles
Develop project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and Manitoba staff
Monitor risks, opportunities, scope changes, and schedule impacts
Conduct closeout activities,



documentation review, and operational transfer
Requirements: At least 10 years managing Information Technology projects
Valid PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification
Expertise in planning and project lifecycle management
Experience with resource, cost, and schedule estimation
Public sector and concurrent project management experience
