Specsavers is seeking a Leadership Development Manager (Franchise Partner) in Burnaby, BC. This hybrid role requires three days in office and two days remote, with extensive travel across Canada to strengthen Partner leadership and commercial judgment.
Responsible for lifting leadership quality, steering commercial acumen and growth, and embedding disciplined decision-making. Competitive CAD base salary with bonus and benefits.
