As Manager, Municipal Engineering, you will lead professionals, technicians, and support staff across land development and municipal infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Discipline Director, you will provide technical, management, and financial leadership. The work includes client partnerships, proposals, business development, roads, active transportation, water, wastewater, and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary municipal engineering teams across multiple offices
Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client service
Develop proposals, partnerships, and current business opportunities
Deliver roads,



water, wastewater, and public space designs
Mentor professionals and coordinate multidisciplinary project stakeholders
Requirements: P.Eng. registration in Ontario and Civil Engineering degree
15+ years delivering designs for Ontario municipalities
5+ years leading, mentoring, and managing technical teams
Experience managing revenue, profitability, invoicing, and accounts receivable
Business development and proposal leadership experience
Bring municipal infrastructure, financial leadership, and business development expertise to WSP’s Ontario engineering practice and growing communities.
