As an experienced Superintendent, you will support current and ongoing project growth within Pomerleau Construction’s Building Operations team. You will coordinate with project management, clients, consultants, trade partners, and subtrades across building and infrastructure projects. Your work will reinforce health and safety, quality, cost control, and completion milestones.
Key Responsibilities: Champion health, safety, and environmental protection on job sites
Manage materials for the Quality Program and receive deliveries
Mentor onsite teams and foster collaboration, excellence, and success
Coordinate schedules, milestones,

Maintain accurate project records and inventory
Requirements: More than six years of construction experience
Construction certificate, diploma, degree, or relevant experience
Experience managing safety regulations, scheduling, quality, and cost control
Record of project success and team collaboration
Computer and scheduling software proficiency
