This interview position supervises, coordinates, and controls pickup and delivery operations to achieve maximum service objectives. It also oversees warehouse and ramp operations. The role is a local post for existing YYZR Grade 88 Managers reporting to Ken, Martha, or Keith, or FedEx management members endorsed through LEAP or EXCEL.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise pickup and delivery operations within the service area
Coordinate station operations to achieve maximum service objectives
Control warehouse activities supporting daily service objectives
Supervise ramp operations within the station
Coordinate warehouse and ramp activities
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Four years of FedEx or industry experience
Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Valid driver's license and positive driving record
Current FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsement
