As Senior Program Manager, you will support Autodesk’s Emerging Business Operations team. You will build programs from scratch, coordinate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success workstreams, and guide operational readiness. The work requires structured thinking, data-informed decisions, and influence without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities: Build integration programs for acquisitions and incubations
Coordinate interdependent GTM and operational projects
Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success workstreams
Analyze trends and report measurable program results
Develop risk mitigation strategies and manage escalations
Requirements: Five or more years in program or project management
Experience in SaaS or technology environments
Experience with Sales or Revenue Operations
Go-To-Market experience across sales, marketing, and customer success
Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple initiatives
Apply program management, GTM operations, and stakeholder communication skills to Autodesk’s emerging-business integrations.
