Lead global SAP HCM implementations for Flexspring as a Senior Consultant, combining configuration expertise with client-facing delivery leadership.
This independent hourly contract guides engagements from initial scoping through go-live. You will work across SAP HCM core, Onboarding, Compensation, and country-specific requirements. The work includes discovery, estimates, statements of work, testing, cutover, training, and hypercare.
Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery workshops with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders
Configure Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, and Time
Implement regional SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding or on-premise processes
Design merit, bonus, equity, budgets, guidelines, and statements
Lead testing,



cutover, training, and hypercare activities
Requirements: Five-plus years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience
At least three full-cycle SAP HCM implementations completed
Global rollouts spanning at least two listed regions
Expertise in SAP HCM core, Onboarding, and Compensation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Bring global SAP HCM configuration, implementation, and client leadership expertise to Flexspring's international consulting engagements.
