As Senior Project Manager – Team Lead, you will guide multidisciplinary engineers, designers, technologists, and subconsultants. Your work spans municipal infrastructure, subdivision development, drainage systems, utility networks, transportation design, and infrastructure renewal. You will direct projects from proposals and approvals through construction, warranty, and final completion.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary project delivery across southern Alberta communities
Manage proposals, designs, construction, warranty, and final acceptance
Set technical direction and review approval submissions
Manage budgets, forecasting, invoicing,



and contract administration
Build trusted relationships with developers, municipalities, and agencies
Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Alberta Skilled Engineer designation or eligibility
10+ years of land development and municipal infrastructure experience
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and client expectations
Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and modelling software
