Key Responsibilities: Scope, design, and ship features end to end
Build AI features across Motion’s product
Design APIs and services supporting product capabilities
Maintain quick, reliable systems and integrations
Own outcomes on a small engineering team
Requirements: Seven or more years building and maintaining software
Production experience with modern web technologies
Depth and expertise in at least one technical area
Mastery of AI-assisted development workflows
Ability to explain architecture and business impact
Bring senior software engineering experience, AI-assisted development, and full-stack ownership to Motion’s growing AI-native product.
