Workday functional expertise defines this Senior HRMS Analyst position at Keyera, based in Calgary or possibly Edmonton. Support projects and production processes.
Reporting to the Team Lead HRMS, you will provide full-service Workday expertise to Human Resources. The position covers configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and scheduled HR processes. You will also coordinate project delivery with Workday partners and technical resources.
Key Responsibilities: Support Workday HCM, Perks, Absence, and Time Tracking modules
Provide troubleshooting, configuration changes, and advisory support
Lead information gathering, testing, deployment, and documentation
Analyze semi-annual releases and mitigate impacts on IT systems




Train and mentor HRMS analysts while coordinating with partners
Requirements: University education in Human Resources or IT
Six to eight-plus years of Workday functional experience
Advanced understanding and configuration proficiency across multiple modules
Experience with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and functional documentation
Working knowledge of Excel formulas and business-friendly communication
Bring Workday configuration, analysis, and relationship-building skills to Keyera’s HRMS projects and production support in Alberta.
