As a Senior Consultant on the Savings, Investments and Advice team, you will define business intent and outcomes for complex client journeys. You will work ahead of delivery, guiding Product Owners and advising stakeholders and senior executives. Your work connects business objectives, client needs, and platform capability.
Key Responsibilities: Own business cases and roadmaps for high-impact initiatives
Lead discovery with Product Owners and stakeholders
Author Epics, objectives, success metrics, and scope
Represent squads in investment and prioritization decisions
Track performance against original business cases
Requirements: Seven or more years leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Experience in business analysis or product strategy
Experience owning Epics, business cases, or equivalent artifacts
Proficiency with Jira, Epics, Stories, and INVEST principles
Effective communication with senior business stakeholders
Bring systems thinking, agile delivery, and investment expertise to shape measurable initiatives for CIBC’s Savings, Investments and Advice team.
