As Operations Manager, you will oversee excavation, daylighting, utility exposure, trenching, and industrial services. Coordinate personnel, fleet resources, customer requirements, and dispatch activities. Apply budgeting, compliance, and performance management across field operations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily hydrovac excavation and industrial service operations
Coordinate equipment, personnel, schedules, dispatch, and workforce allocation
Monitor productivity, utilization, downtime, profitability, and operational performance
Guide supervisors and operators through field operational challenges




Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and operational reviews
Requirements: Five years’ hydrovac, vacuum, industrial, oilfield, or related experience
Three years’ supervisory or management experience in field operations
Knowledge of hydrovac equipment, excavation, and ground disturbance practices
Alberta Occupational Health and Safety and transportation regulations knowledge
Valid driver’s licence and field-location travel ability
