As Regional Manager, you will report to the Senior Director, Operations, while guiding Clinic and Office Managers. Your work spans multi-site leadership, financial performance, patient experience, and sustainable growth. Regular travel throughout the region supports clinic visits, change leadership, and operating consistency.
Key Responsibilities: Coach Clinic and Office Managers across the region
Develop leadership capability and succession strength
Champion patient-centred care and quality standards
Drive operational improvement and clinic integration
Own regional P&L; performance and business reviews
Requirements: 5+ years of multi-site management experience
Dental or healthcare experience is preferred
Robust financial acumen and KPI analysis skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities
Valid driver's license and frequent regional travel availability
