Lead profitable mobile game growth at Clipwire Games through acquisition, creative strategy, monetisation, and lifecycle management across three live titles.
As Growth Director, you will report to the CEO and lead the Growth organization through functional leads. You will connect acquisition, measurement, monetisation, creative, and product to expand the business. The position spans paid and organic user acquisition, ad monetisation, lifecycle programs, social, VIP support, and AI-powered workflows. Your decisions will guide investment, experimentation, and performance across Clipwire’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Own growth strategy, annual planning, budgets, and performance targets
Lead UA, creative, monetisation, and lifecycle functions
Direct acquisition investment, attribution, measurement, and experimentation
Set creative testing, innovation, velocity,



and performance standards
Report growth opportunities and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements: 5+ years in mobile gaming growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition
Experience scaling multi-million-dollar UA budgets across major channels
Deep understanding of LTV, ROAS, attribution, and incrementality
Robust creative strategy and testing experience driving UA performance
Experience with free-to-play mobile games and hybrid monetisation models
Bring mobile growth leadership, analytical judgment, and cross-functional influence to Clipwire Games’ acquisition and monetisation strategy.
