As a Development Director, you will guide cross-functional development efforts spanning Production, Design, Engineering, and Quality Verification. You will manage planning, resources, risks, dependencies, and communication while helping teams deliver high-quality player experiences on schedule and within budget. The position also supports continuous process improvement and emerging technology adoption.
