Under the Health & Safety Manager, you will apply the site-specific H&S; Plan and monitor operational performance. The full time project role supports Skyway Bridging Partners, a joint venture involving Construction Demathieu & Bard, GIP, and Flatiron Dragados. Your work covers incident investigation, training, inspections, emergency response, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee safety orientation, inspections, first aid, and incident reports
Monitor employees and subcontractors for safety procedure compliance
Identify hazards and implement corrective measures
Review contractor safety submittals and maintain records




Compile project health and safety statistics
Requirements: National Construction Safety Officer certification is mandatory
At least five years’ civil construction experience
Experience investigating incidents and analyzing causes
Training delivery experience using multiple methods
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills
Support heavy infrastructure safety through NCSO expertise, incident investigation, training, inspections, and regulatory compliance at CDB.
