This supervisor directs field and support personnel while monitoring project performance, budgets, and contractual obligations. The work includes site walkthroughs, labor estimating, safety compliance, and customer communication. Candidates need elevator industry experience and practical ASME or CSA B44 knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Direct field labor and support personnel across assigned elevator projects
Coordinate assignments, schedules, budgets, and contractual obligations
Conduct walkthroughs and assess readiness, safety, and execution requirements
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses




Manage northern Alberta and NWT regions as operationally required
Requirements: Minimum five years’ elevator industry mechanic field experience
Practical knowledge of ASME or CSA B44
Compliance with Alberta Safety Codes Act or equivalent certification
Ability to interpret technical drawings, documents, and specifications
Valid driver’s license and regional travel availability
