Lead TC Energy’s Mainline Prairies Pipeline Operations from Regina, Emerald Park, or Swift Current with safety and reliability expertise. A hybrid work model applies to eligible office-based employees.
As Pipeline Manager, you will oversee protected, compliant, reliable operations and maintenance for gas pipeline assets across the Prairies. You will manage facility risks, resources, regulatory compliance, and Canada Gas Operations strategies. The position also emphasizes employee development, performance improvement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead teams improving safety, cost control, reliability, and productivity
Ensure regulatory and company policy compliance across operations
Manage facility risks, reliability, performance, and resources




Coordinate emergency response and remain available for on-call situations
Engage communities, stakeholders, peers, and regional field staff
Requirements: Post-secondary education
At least 10 years of relevant work experience
Leadership experience in safety, change, development, and team building
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract
Ability to complete medical, drug, and alcohol screening
Apply pipeline operations leadership, regulatory compliance, resource management, and team development across TC Energy’s Prairies assets.
