This Maintenance Supervisor supports a stabilized, 312-unit community by ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas remain functional and presentable. The position combines work-order diagnosis, apartment make-ready coordination, preventative maintenance, inspections, and resident communication. It also supports safety compliance, inventory control, budgeting, and expense management.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and complete resident-requested maintenance work orders
Oversee make-ready inspections, repairs, supplies, and vendor scheduling
Inspect community areas for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality




Review service team and contractor work for quality
Conduct preventative maintenance and Greystar safety meetings
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, related experience, or training
Experience in property management or building maintenance
Protected proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment
Logical problem-solving and effective communication abilities
Customer service skills with residents and team members
