Key Responsibilities: Follow recipes and prepare menu-aligned resident meals
Cook attractive, palatable meals in required quantities
Lead staff preparing food, trays, cleaning, and storage
Maintain a clean food service work area
Handle, store, and dispose of food supplies properly
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience
One to three years related experience and/or training
Preferred sanitation or protected food handling certification
Prior institutional or healthcare service experience preferred
Follow state, federal, and departmental food procedures
Bring recipe execution, kitchen leadership, and sanitation practices to evening meal service for residents at Park Terrace Village.
