Overnight Freight Team Associates stock merchandise, organize aisles, and support customer service at The Home Depot during flexible overnight shifts.
This position focuses on keeping products available, accessible, and safely presented throughout the sales floor. Associates pack out and down merchandise, organize overheads, merchandise promotions, and communicate with freight teammates. When assigned, they pick and carefully pack orders, label products, and place them in specified holding areas. Customer service includes greeting, engaging, thanking shoppers, and asking open-ended project questions when required.
Key Responsibilities: Stock merchandise onto shelves to achieve full availability
Pack out and pack down merchandise as directed
Maintain aisle cleanliness, shoppability,



and organized overheads
Pick, pack, label, and stage assigned customer orders
Move freight safely using appropriate equipment
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years retail or distribution experience is an asset
Reach truck, forklift, and order picker knowledge is an asset
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to climb ladders up to sixteen feet
Bring organized freight handling, secure equipment use, and customer-focused service to overnight operations at The Home Depot.
