Protect SIGA guests, staff, and assets through risk mitigation, security procedures, and accurate facility documentation. This position supports casino safety and security.
The Security Officer safeguards people and property while complying with established SIGA procedures and policies. Responsibilities involve monitoring activities within a facility and documenting information about property, assets, employees, and customers. Customer service experience and deescalation experience are preferred for this work.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and security of SIGA guests
Protect staff, casino assets, and facility property
Apply established security procedures and policies
Write accurate reports, logs, and activity documentation
Support responses to tense or potentially violent situations
Requirements: Grade 12 or GED diploma successfully completed
Relevant education, training, and/or experience combination
First Aid, AED, and CPR Level C preferred
Previous security department experience preferred
Customer service and deescalation experience preferred
Support SIGA casino security with risk mitigation, guest protection, accurate reporting, and skilled customer service skills.
