Lead performance engineering for Citi TTS applications using LoadRunner Enterprise, monitoring, profiling, and service virtualization expertise. This is a full time position.
The Performance Engineering Lead serves as a subject matter expert across complex application architectures. You will shape testing approaches, support multiple applications, and collaborate with Development, Architecture, Business, and Production Support teams. The position combines delivery ownership with team leadership, training, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities: Design performance testing approaches for application changes
Manage strategy, estimation, planning, and execution oversight
Report metrics, manage risks, and maintain testing KPIs
Lead, train, and mentor Performance Engineers and Testers




Develop performance strategies, test plans, estimates, and KPI reports
Requirements: Five-plus years in a performance engineering role
Strong JVM, operating system, and RDBMS understanding
Experience with LoadRunner Enterprise and AppDynamics
Knowledge of profiling and identifying performance bottlenecks
Bachelor’s or University degree, or equivalent experience
Apply performance testing, engineering leadership, and analytical expertise to certify Citi TTS applications before production deployments.
