Monitor casino activity with advanced surveillance systems as a part time Surveillance Operator at Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino in Ottawa.
This permanent position protects guests, team members, assets, and gaming integrity through observation, recording, reporting, and investigations. You will work under AGCO regulations, internal controls, company policies, and security procedures. The role requires discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and solid attention to detail in a regulated casino environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide routine surveillance across the gaming floor
Identify poor game protection and suspicious individuals
Review activity and complete detailed reports and logs




Maintain awareness of gaming operations and potential problems
Collaborate with Security, Gaming Operations, and regulatory authorities
Requirements: Secondary school diploma required
One or more years in security or gaming-related positions
Knowledge of computer applications
Ability to obtain Category 2 Gaming Assistant registration
Ability to stand, sit, and lift 25 pounds or more
