As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide central office support for board governance and Human Resources administration. The position requires an Office Administration Certificate or Diploma, computer knowledge, and effective interpersonal skills. Your work will include records management, correspondence, data entry, onboarding assistance, and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate board meetings and prepare board packages
Distribute agendas, minutes, and related correspondence
Maintain paper and electronic records management systems




Complete HR information system data entry and audits
Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and onboarding activities
Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent diploma
Office Administration Certificate or Diploma
Two to three years of related experience
Microsoft 365 expertise and computer knowledge
Communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills
Bring administrative coordination, Microsoft 365 expertise, and Human Resources support skills to the Central Office team in La Ronge.
