This customer-facing position supports equipment and service sales through consulting, quoting, selling, and order fulfillment. You will build relationships, provide customer service, and develop industry knowledge while managing multiple priorities. The work includes rental accounts, contractor supplies, delivery coordination, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities: Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
Establish rental and sales accounts with customers
Negotiate equipment rental and supply prices
Dispatch delivery trucks and manage expectations
Generate leads and reconnect with dormant accounts
Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
Robust multitasking ability
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
