Insight Global seeks a Monitoring and Testing Specialist to execute testing, monitoring, and operational activities. You will review business processes and artifacts, analyze data, and assess control effectiveness against internal standards and regulatory requirements. The work includes complex testing, fieldwork, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Execute control testing and evaluate control effectiveness
Review business processes, documentation, and supporting artifacts
Analyze data to identify risks, gaps, and issues




Document findings and support root cause analysis
Maintain workpapers, testing documentation, and reports
Requirements: Two to three years in risk, compliance, audit, or control testing
Solid analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying issues
Experience reviewing business processes and documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
