Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care to patients within Selkirk Mental Health Centre
Assist patients with activities of daily living
Support patient independence and goal acquisition
Prioritize care for individual or groups of patients
Respond to simultaneous demands and changing situations
Requirements: Recognized Health Care Aide course completion required
Minimum Grade 10 education
Mental health or impairment care experience preferred
Effective oral, written, and English communication skills
Current criminal and abuse registry checks required
