Hands-on building maintenance and resident service define this full-time live-in opportunity supporting a new residential community in Owen Sound.
As a Live-In Building Maintenance Technician, you will support opening and ongoing operations for Kingsley Management Inc. You will inspect the property, complete minor repairs, coordinate maintenance activities, and respond to resident requests. The role combines independent work, physical tasks, and day-to-day building operations.
Key Responsibilities: Complete inspections and identify safety concerns and repair needs
Perform general, minor, and preventative property maintenance
Prepare suites and support move-in and move-out activities
Coordinate contractors and vendors for projects and warranty items




Maintain common areas, logs, records, inventory, and seasonal operations
Requirements: Previous building maintenance or property operations experience is an asset
Hands-on troubleshooting and minor repair skills
Solid customer service and resident communication skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Ability to lift 50 pounds and complete physical outdoor tasks
Use building maintenance, troubleshooting, and resident service skills to support a safe community in Owen Sound.
