Bayshore Home Health’s Complex Care Branch seeks a Personal Caregiver to deliver care and support in Maple, Ontario. The work includes personal care, daily living assistance, companionship, household management, and infection prevention. Client comfort, safety, and wellbeing remain central to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Provide cleaning, cooking, laundry, and household management
Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities
Administer personal care according to care plan directives
Assist clients with tailored activities of daily living




Document conditions and report changes to supervisors
Requirements: Complete accredited caregiver training or equivalent education and experience
Know caregiving principles and customer service
Communicate in spoken and written English
Physically assist movement and lift 23 kilograms
Provide a Vulnerable Sector criminal background check
Support Maple clients through compassionate personal care, homemaking, companionship, documentation, and protected daily living assistance.
