Lead La Vie en Rose store operations through customer service, sales advising, and opening or closing responsibilities in a permanent full-time position.
As a Key Holder, you will advise customers, explain lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear products, and maximize sales potential. You will manage the sales floor when store managers are absent while supporting a memorable shopping experience. Previous sales experience is required.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly and answer their product questions
Explain product quality, materials, and technical features
Support customers in fitting rooms and suggest products
Open and close the store as required
Manage sales floor operations during manager absences
Requirements: Previous sales experience
Customer-focused approach to identifying needs and providing service
Proactive and conscientious work style
Availability for holidays and longer busy-period hours
Functional bilingualism considered an asset
