Olympia Tile+Stone Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Toronto branch. You will provide technical guidance, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse teams. The role supports customer accounts while maintaining accurate pricing, coding, approvals, and records.
Key Responsibilities: Assist showroom and order desk customers with product guidance
Process phone, email, and in-person orders accurately
Coordinate deliveries and resolve shipping issues with warehouse staff
Maintain quotes, orders, and customer communication records
Promote products and maintain showroom displays and samples
Requirements: One to three years of inside sales or customer service experience
High school diploma required; related post-secondary courses preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accuracy processing orders and payments
Ability to work Sundays and lift up to 25 pounds
