Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Care Support Assistant for its Long Term Care team. You will build relationships with residents and families while supporting comfort, dignity, and well-being. The work includes resident routines, events, transportation, housekeeping, laundry, and admissions.
Key Responsibilities: Provide daily care and support in a safe environment
Offer companionship, comfort, and meaningful social interaction
Assist residents with events, routines, and transportation
Prepare tables and trays, then serve meals and beverages
Complete housekeeping, laundry, restocking, and bedside cleaning duties
Requirements: High school diploma successfully completed
Secure Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain one
Ability to work independently or within a team
