Working with Snow School leadership and the Technical Trainer, you will deliver instructor training, mentor instructors, and support beginner learning areas. The role focuses on coaching, certification preparation, professional development, orientation, onboarding, and consistent lesson quality. Training aligns with CSIA, CASI, PSIC, and resort standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead on-snow instructor training sessions throughout the seasonal training calendar
Mentor instructors through feedback, coaching, and certification preparation
Support beginner learning areas with on-hill coaching




Maintain quality assurance across Snow School lessons
Deliver orientation, onboarding, and on-snow training initiatives
Requirements: CSIA, CASI, or PSIC Level 3 or 4 certification
Current Course Conductor, Evaluator, or Trainer status
Experience delivering on-snow instructor training
Solid communication, coaching, and mentorship skills
Understanding of teaching methodologies and learner-centred instruction
Bring certified technical expertise, constructive coaching, and instructor development experience to Blue Mountain’s Snow School team.
