Deliver resident-centred nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Bloomington Cove Community in Stouffville, working permanent full-time evenings.
Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse role supports residents within Sienna Senior Living. Apply nursing practice principles, communicate with families, assess changing needs, and guide assigned staff. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care according to policies and physician orders
Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
Communicate with residents, families, and staff
Oversee resident care and guide staff
Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members
Requirements: Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
Good judgement and ability to identify risk
Ability to foster a positive work setting
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Successful Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Record Check
