Drive automotive F&I; sales with Amynta Group through reporting tools, client-facing sales modeling, and store target achievement. This position supports retail performance.
The F&I; Specialist achieves store sales targets by selling Finance & Insurance products and tracking performance. Responsibilities include business office duties, Sym-Tech process modeling, training, coaching, and account kick-off support. The position communicates updates and concerns to supervisors while supporting F&I; Managers.
Key Responsibilities: Take turnovers and complete business office duties
Sell F&I; products to achieve store sales targets
Model the Sym-Tech F&I; process with clients
Administer F&I; process core competency tests
Track sales performance and provide regular updates
Requirements: Business, Finance, or Sales Manager experience
Preferably three or more years in F&I;
Recent car automotive retail results in F&I;
Excellent communication, training, coaching, and relationship skills
OMVIC certification required in Ontario
