Allen Print seeks an experienced, motivated Customer Service Representative for current client accounts. You will protect customer satisfaction, support long-term retention, and manage relationship details. The work connects Sales, Graphics, Estimating, Production, and Management through precise communication and organized follow-through.
Key Responsibilities: Enter and audit customer orders and quote requests
Coordinate technical requirements between Sales and production teams
Support project tracking, reporting, and urgent client requests




Resolve inquiries and maintain existing account relationships
Identify production hurdles and recommend effective solutions
Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Meticulous accuracy across multiple technical projects
Adaptive problem-solving in high-volume environments
Independent organization and proactive task ownership
