Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Technician for commercial property operations. This position supports troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs across buildings, installed systems, grounds, vehicles, and maintenance equipment. Work includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and fire and life safety systems.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair buildings and installed systems
Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and controls
Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe conditions




Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests
Maintain and operate assigned fire and life safety systems
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Two or more years of related commercial property experience
Training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or related areas
Valid driver’s license and positive driving record
Basic Outlook, Excel, and Word computing skills
Bring commercial maintenance experience, technical proficiency, and repair capability to Cushman & Wakefield facility operations and emergency response.
